I’m really passionate about retail and I want to share my experiences and knowledge. Retail is a challenge every minute of every day, with the need to always do better, do different, in order to succeed and I just love this challenge.
I have a different perspective; it’s from someone who has been there and done it for themselves for over 20 years. All of my expertise has been gained with my own time and money.
Experienced in all aspects of retail; from launching and operating a small retail business through to owning and managing a medium sized retail company. Starting on the floor as a one-man operator, learning each discipline of retail over my 22+ year career as a business owner.

My philosophy for successful retail is really simple, as retailers our goal should simply be to make people happy. Which is cool because in turn this directly impacts the success of our businesses and also makes us feel good.
It feels good to make people feel good.
